Functions and responsibilities of the structures and authorities. (1) The structures and authorities mentioned in Article 10 shall be assigned functions and responsibilities as set out in Annex A to this Agreement and shall comply with the internal control framework of Annex B to this Agreement. The IPA II beneficiary shall immediately inform the Commission of any substantial changes concerning the structures and authorities mentioned in Article 10.
