Functionality. The Solutions will include the functionality described in the applicable Purchase Agreement or Addendum for each Solution. Cartegraph may from time to time update, change, or revise the functionality of the Solutions, provided the functionality of the Solutions is not materially decreased from that described in the applicable Purchase Agreement or Addendum to a Purchase Agreement.
