ANNEX A MUNICIPAL COURT It is agreed and understood between the parties that the Municipal Court Office has different demands and duties than other municipal offices. In recognition of such, it is further agreed between the parties that the Township shall purchase and maintain FAX machines in the personal residences of Municipal Court Employees represented by the Clerical Unit. Said FAX machines shall only be used for Township purposes. The Township will further pay for the monthly service line charge. In consideration for the use of fax machines, it is agreed between the parties that when said FAX machines are used in the residence, the following “call-in” overtime rates will apply:

  • FULLY BARGAINED PROVISIONS A. This Agreement represents and incorporates the complete and final understanding and settlement by the parties of all bargainable issues which were or could have been the subject of negotiations.   • Other Leave Provisions 1. The Board shall provide a substitute for those who serve on jury duty, National Guard and Reserve military duty, and who are subpoenaed to participate in court proceedings in which they are not involved as a party litigant or have an interest in the outcome of the proceeding. The Board shall pay the difference between compensation (excluding a travel allowance) for jury duty and the teacher’s salary if such duty is during teacher employment days.

  • Safe Harbor Provisions This Section 24.1 is applicable only to Generation Interconnection Customers. Provided that Interconnection Customer agrees to conform to all requirements of the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) (e.g., the “safe harbor” provisions of IRS Notice 2016-36, 2016-25 I.R.B. (6/20/2016)) that would confer nontaxable status on some or all of the transfer of property, including money, by Interconnection Customer to the Interconnected Transmission Owner for payment of the Costs of construction of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, the Interconnected Transmission Owner, based on such agreement and on current law, shall treat such transfer of property to it as nontaxable income and, except as provided in Section 24.4.2 below, shall not include income taxes in the Costs of Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that are payable by Interconnection Customer under the Interconnection Service Agreement or the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Interconnection Customer shall document its agreement to conform to IRS requirements for such non-taxable status in the Interconnection Service Agreement, the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, and/or the Interim Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • GENERAL WAGE PROVISIONS 26.1 Employees shall be paid according to the wage schedule of the classifications to which they are assigned, with credit for years of service within the classification and any credit for industry experience recognized by the Company at the time of hiring.

  • EEO Provisions During the performance of this Contract the Contractor agrees as follows: (1) The Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation or belief, age, or handicap. (3) The Contractor shall send a copy of the EEO provisions to each labor union or representative of workers with which it has a collective bargaining agreement or other contract or understanding. (4) In the event of the Contractor's noncompliance with these EEO provisions, the City may cancel, terminate, or suspend this contract, in whole or in part, and the City may declare the Contractor ineligible for further City contracts. (5) Unless exempted by the City Council of the City of Durham, the Contractor shall include these EEO provisions in every purchase order for goods to be used in performing this contract and in every subcontract related to this contract so that these EEO provisions will be binding upon such subcontractors and vendors.

  • Leave Provisions Clause No. Title

  • Restrictions on Use Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.

  • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity.
