Full-Year Employees. Full-year employees who have completed their probationary period in the employ of the College on July 1 of any contract year, hereinafter called the “eligibility date”, shall receive vacations and vacation pay in accordance with their continuous employment as of July 1, as follows:
Full-Year Employees. One (1) day/month, granted on July 1, twelve days/year accumulative to one hundred fifty (150) days maximum.
