Common use of Full Working Time Clause in Contracts

Full Working Time. Employee shall devote Employee’s entire time, attention and energies to the business of the CyrusOne Group. The words “entire time, attention and energies” are intended to mean that Employee shall devote Employee’s full effort during reasonable working hours to the business of CyrusOne Group and shall devote at least 40 hours per week to the business of the CyrusOne Group. Employee shall travel to such places as are necessary in the performance of Employee’s duties.
