FULL TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Full time representatives of the Union shall have access to grievance meetings in Step III of the grievance procedure and to arbitration hearings. Such representatives shall have access to work areas with prior authorization of the Manager, Labor Relations.

FULL TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. 22.01 A full time Union representative shall, after obtaining permission from the Manager of the Company or his designated representative, have access to the plant during working hours, provided that the work of the employees is not interfered with. Permission shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Company.
FULL TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. The Union Representatives will be assisted by 3 full time Union Representatives. Full details of this role are detailed in the Full Time Representative Contract.
FULL TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Any employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union, or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority by the Employer for a period of up to one (1) year. 18.05
FULL TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement between the Parties to the contrary, employees granted a leave of absence for and engaged in full time work for the Local or Union, under Article 18.04, of Article 18 - Union and Company Representatives, or in connection with any current Letter of Understanding in connection therewith, shall be considered to have service credits for purposes of seniority and vacation only, for such periods of time during such leave of absence as they are engaged in such full time work. This shall be retroactive to include all the time so spent on such leaves of absence by such full time Union Representatives as are currently on leave of absence for and engaged in such full time work as of this date and also, shall include, full time representatives who have returned to the Company's employment. On his return to work with the Company, vacation will be granted such employee based on the years of service he has been credited with and his vacation pay allowance will be pro- rated to reflect the service credits earned from the date of his return, to the end of the vacation year. This provision will commence with the vacation year ending June 30, 1978.

  • Full-Time Union Office Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital will give reasonable consideration to a request for leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full time Union office. It is understood that no more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Such leave, if granted, shall be for a period of one (1) calendar year (in the case of the Union President, two (2) calendar years) from the date of appointment unless extended for a further specific period by agreement of the parties.   • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.
