Full-Time Status Clause Examples
The Full-Time Status clause defines the requirement for an employee to maintain a specific number of working hours or meet certain criteria to be considered a full-time employee under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum weekly or monthly hours that must be worked, and may specify eligibility for benefits or participation in company programs based on this status. Its core practical function is to clearly distinguish between full-time and part-time employment, ensuring both parties understand the expectations and associated rights or benefits.
