FULL-TIME SESSIONAL. (a) The employee works the full regular hours of the Employer with no termination date anticipated at the time of appointment, except that the scheduled work year is at least seven (7) months but less than twelve (12) months, with a recurring scheduled absence, without pay, during the balance of each calendar year.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time The prepaid leave provisions as set out in Article 11.11 of the Collective Agreement shall apply provided the overall total does not exceed ten (10) nurses at any one time and no more than one (1) at any one time in any one unit.
