Common use of Full-Time Employment Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Employment. 80.1 A full-time Employee is one who is ready, willing and available to work a full week of 38 hours, or an average of 38 hours as per clause 98 (Hours of Work) at the times and during the hours that are mutually agreed upon, or in the absence of such agreement, as prescribed by the Employer.

Full-Time Employment. 80.1 7.1.1 A full-time Employee employee is one who is employed and who is ready, willing and available to work a full week of 38 hours, hours or an average of 38 152 hours as per clause 98 within a four (Hours of Work4) at the times and week period during the hours that are mutually agreed upon, or in the absence of such agreement, as prescribed by the Employeremployer. By agreement between the employer and the employee concerned, a roster system may operate on the basis that the weekly average of 38 ordinary hours is achieved over a period which exceeds 4 consecutive weeks but does not exceed twelve (12) months.

A full-time Employee employee is one who is ready, willing and available to work a full week of 38 ordinary hours, or an average of 38 ordinary hours as per clause 98 31 (Hours of Work) at the times and during the hours that are mutually agreed upon, or in the absence of such agreement, as prescribed by the Employeremployer.
