Full Requirements Service. Full Requirements Service shall mean wholesale service to supply all of the power needs of a Load Serving Entity to serve end-users within the PJM Region that are not satisfied by its own generating facilities.

Full Requirements Service. In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this Program, Supplier agrees to deliver gas to Company on a firm basis, on behalf of Supplier’s participating customers. If Supplier fails to deliver gas in accordance with its aggregation customers' full service requirements for natural gas, Company shall supply natural gas temporarily to the affected aggregation customers, and shall xxxx Supplier in accordance with those tariff provisions set forth in Section VII, as may be amended from time to time. Columbia shall operate its distribution system in a nondiscriminatory manner, without regard to the confirmed source of supply of the Customer or its Supplier.
Full Requirements Service. For each month that this Agreement is in effect, Xxxxxx agrees to satisfy the full requirements for Gas for each Customer Account on Xxxxxx’x designated list provided pursuant to Article IV for each such month. Xxxxxx’x ability to satisfy all such requirements for Gas in any month shall be determined by subtracting the Customersactual consumption for the listed Customer Accounts in that month from the total actual deliveries received in that month on the Xxxxxx’x account. Any imbalance resulting from an adjustment to actual consumption or deliveries due to meter inaccuracy, billing error, or otherwise, after the month in which such Gas requirements were determined, shall be cashed out under the procedure provided in Article VIII with all adjusted quantities cashed out under either paragraph 1 for shortage quantities or paragraph 1 for excess quantities, as applicable.

The Company may issue Seasonal Flow Orders (“SFOs”), Operational Flow Orders (“OFOs”), or Operational Matching Orders (“OMOs”) in accordance with the Columbia Tariff, as may be amended from time to time.
Full Requirements Service. During the Delivery Term, Supplier shall sell and deliver to the Delivery Point and BGE shall receive and purchase Full Requirements Service sufficient to serve 90 percent share of the SOS Load. As a provider of Full Requirements Service, Supplier is solely responsible for satisfying all requirements and paying all costs incurred or to be incurred to provide such service including, without limitation, all costs, all scheduling or other requirements to furnish Unforced Capacity, Energy, losses, Unaccounted For Energy and Ancillary Services associated with the provision of Full Requirements Service. Supplier is also solely responsible for meeting any other requirements and paying any other costs now or hereafter imposed by PJM or imposed pursuant to the RAA from time to time during the Delivery Term which are attributable to any component of the provision of Full Requirements Service. If PJM allocates any expenses or uplift costs to the Full Requirements Service provided by Supplier (on a load or peak load basis or otherwise), the expenses or costs so allocated will be borne by Supplier alone without recourse to BGE.
Full Requirements Service. Certified Supplier agrees to supply the full service electrical requirements for its customers in Duke Energy Ohio’s Customer Choice Program as required under the Certified Supplier Tariff. In doing so, it is also the responsibility of the Certified Supplier to comply with the requirements of the Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) of PJM Interconnection, LLC (PJM).

Full Requirements Service. In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this aggregation service, Agent agrees to supply its aggregation customers’ full service requirements for natural gas on both a daily and monthly basis. If, on any day, a Marketer delivers gas supply that is either greater or less than its Daily Delivery Requirement the Marketer will be charged a fee equal to 30% of the price reported in Platts Gas Daily in the Daily Price Survey titled “Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to Pipelines”, under the column heading “Midpoint” for “Columbia Gas, Appalachia,” adjusted for Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation’s FTS Retainage, and commodity charges for the day in question, multiplied by the difference in Dth, plus a charge for all other costs incurred by Columbia that result from the Marketer’s failure to deliver gas as required, including a proportionate share of any pipeline penalties and/or costs resulting from efforts to increase or decrease gas supply on the system incurred by Columbia. These fees and charges do not reflect the purchase or sale of gas and will not impact the volumes considered in the annual reconciliation. In addition to the fees and charges set forth in this rate schedule, on any day during which Columbia has a limitation or interruption in effect for transportation or interruptible customers, failure by Marketer to deliver according to the Daily Delivery Requirement will result in an additional penalty charge to the Marketer equal to twenty-five dollars ($25) multiplied by the difference in Dth between the Marketer’s Daily Delivery Requirement and the Marketer’s actual deliveries on that day.
