Full Reporting. The Contractor shall update their business systems and processes to collect and report data to MOSRC in compliance with the MOSRC Guide. The Contractor shall report data in MOSRC for FY18 (and each year thereafter) first-tier small business subcontracting transactions under the contract. Classified subcontracts shall be excluded from the reporting requirements. All Contractor systems shall be updated in order to provide the first FY18 report in November 2017 for October 2017 transactions.

Full Reporting. If you are in full compliance with the policy terms and conditions, including its reporting requirements, then we will provide coverage for the rental agreement(s) you enter into after your last report to us provided those new rental agreement(s) are properly reported to us in the next report when due. If you do not report to us timely, then we have the right to charge you a premium based on the last submitted report and to cancel your policy. EXAMINATION OF YOUR BOOKS We have the right to examine your books and records as they relate to this policy at any time during the policy period and up to one year thereafter. You shall cooperate and facilitate our access to your books and records.

  • Annual Reporting Within 90 days after the close of each of its respective fiscal years, audited, unqualified consolidated financial statements (which shall include balance sheets, statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows) for Provider for such fiscal year certified in a manner acceptable to the Agent by independent public accountants acceptable to the Agent.

  • Program Reporting Contractor shall provide such data as may be required by the Board, in the form required by the Board to fulfill its obligations as a public school district, as well as academic, financial and other program records and reports as requested by the Board for program accreditation, monitoring, payment, and auditing. Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022. The Recipient shall review and update such information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Recipient’s information. The Recipient agrees that this Agreement and information related thereto, including the Maximum Awardable Amount and any executive total compensation reported pursuant to paragraph 38, may be made available to the public through a U.S. Government website, including XXX.xxx.

  • Time Reporting ‌ The Employer may require employees to accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by the Agency.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Reporting At least annually and more frequently as mutually agreed between the parties, the Delegate shall provide to the Board written reports specifying placement of the Fund's Assets with each Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Delegate pursuant to Section 3 of this Delegation Schedule and shall promptly report on any material changes to such foreign custody arrangements. Delegate will prepare such a report with respect to any Eligible Foreign Custodian that the Delegate has been instructed to use pursuant to Section 7 of this Delegation Schedule only to the extent specifically agreed with respect to the particular situation.
