Common use of Full Release Clause in Contracts

Full Release. The Parties to this Agreement expressly agree and confirm that the Released Claims as set forth in Section I(B)(25) and the provisions of Section II(B) constitute a full and final release of the Settling Defendant by Plaintiffs and each Settlement Class Member of the Released Claims.
