Common use of Full Discharge Clause in Contracts

Full Discharge. The amounts payable to Executive under this Section following termination of Executive’s employment shall be in full and complete satisfaction of Executive’s rights under this Agreement and any other claims Executive may have in respect of Executive’s employment by the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and Executive acknowledges that such amounts are fair and reasonable, and Executive’s sole and exclusive remedy, in lieu of all other remedies at law or in equity, with respect to the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder or breach of this Agreement. Nothing contained in this sub-section shall serve as a bar to any claim that would not have been released if Executive executed the release attached as Exhibit A upon Executive’s Date of Termination, whether or not such release is required to be executed in connection with such termination.

Full Discharge. Nothing contained in this sub-section subsection shall serve as a bar to any claim that would not have been released if Executive executed the release attached as Exhibit A upon Executive’s Date termination of Terminationemployment with the Company, whether or not such release is required to be executed in connection with such termination.

Nothing contained in this sub-section shall serve as a bar to any claim that would not have been released if the Executive executed the release attached as Exhibit A upon the Executive’s Date of TerminationTermination Date, whether or not such release is required to be executed in connection with such termination.

The amounts payable to Executive under this Section 4 following termination of Executive’s employment shall shall, once paid, be in full and complete satisfaction of Executive’s rights under this Agreement and any other claims Executive he may have in respect of Executive’s his employment by the Company or any of its Affiliates or subsidiaries, and Executive acknowledges that such amounts are fair and reasonable, and Executive’s his sole and exclusive remedy, in lieu of all other remedies at law or in equity, with respect to the termination of Executive’s his employment hereunder or breach of this Agreement. Nothing contained in this sub-section shall serve as a bar to any claim that would not have been released if Executive executed the release attached as Exhibit A B upon Executive’s Date of Termination, whether or not such release is required to be executed in connection with such termination.
