FULL AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT. All matters covered in this agreement shall be deemed to have been raised and disposed of as if covered herein. It is agreed that this document contains the full and complete agreement on all bargainable issues, and neither party shall be required during the term of this agreement to negotiate or bargain upon any issue, except the parties agree to herein in accordance with Article II and III of this agreement.
