Full Academic Year. The effective beginning of the semester for this Contract is the first day of the semester for which the Student indicates intent to occupy space. This Contract for the fall semester begins the first day of classes or upon approved move-in. This Contract for the spring semester begins the first day of classes or upon approved move-in. For specific dates, please refer to the Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing and Residence Life website at xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx. This Contract concludes at the end of the spring semester or 24 hours after the last day of finals. Exceptions can be made for graduating students upon request. Move-in prior to the contracted date requires prior approval from an authorized representative of Department.

This Contract for the fall semester begins a minimum of two days prior to the first day of classes or upon approved move-in date as confirmed in writing by the Department (the “Move-In Date”) and sent to the Student’s Georgia Institute of Technology email address. This Contract for the spring semester begins a minimum of one day prior to the first day of classes or upon approved move-in date as confirmed in writing by the Department (the “Move-In Date”) and sent to the Student’s Georgia Institute of Technology email address. This Contract concludes at the end of the spring semester or 24 hours after the last day of finals. Exceptions can be made for graduating students upon request. Should the Student occupy or take control of the keys to an assigned space prior to the Move-In Date, the rent will be prorated and charges placed on the Student’s account.
Full Academic Year. Eligible Contract, Regular, and Temporary Leave Replacement unit members (see definitions in Article 1C.1a-c) who are employed fifty percent (50%) or more for the full Academic Year may choose to accept one or more group benefits and shall be entitled to the selected benefits for the entire Fiscal Year, but shall only be entitled to the percentage of District contribution for the plan in which they are enrolled in the same ratio as their actual service assignment bears to a Full-time [one hundred percent (100%)] assignment, with the unit member’s share to be paid by personal payroll deduction.
Full Academic Year. The term of this Contract commences in the first semester for which the Student indicates intent to occupy a Room. For the Fall semester, the term of this Contract begins on the date noted in Section 7.4 below. For the Spring semester, this Contract begins the last Saturday before the first day of classes for such semester. This Contract terminates on May 7th, 2021, which is the end of the Spring Semester on the last day of finals.

  • Academic Year Academic Year is defined as beginning with the start of fall semester and ending with the completion of spring semester.

  • Academic Calendar The academic calendar of each university shall be established by the President. Prior to establishing or making changes in the calendar, the President/designee shall afford opportunity to meet and confer with the Association.

  • Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.

  • TEACHER WORK YEAR 6.1.1 Mapleton Public Schools and the Mapleton Education Association believe the teaching profession is demanding and rewarding, requiring time and commitments beyond contractual work hours.   • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be payable in respect of the employees’ regular work year. The regular work year shall be the regular school year as established by the Board and shall not exceed one hundred and ninety-five (195) days in session per school year.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-time Nurses 10.01 (a) The following shall be recognized as paid holidays with respect to permanent full-time nurses who have completed thirty (30) calendar days or more continuous service: New Year’s Day Civic Holiday Family Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day
