FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. 4.1 The Partner will be ready to launch the provision of services under the Bolt Food Platform from the moment of signing the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in the Partner Specific Conditions. The detailed requirements and instructions for the handling of Orders are provided in Schedule 1 (Service Level Requirements) to these General Terms.

FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. 7.1. Customer will place the Orders through the Websites. All information related to the Order shall be transferred to the Seller electronically in the System or by another method specified by the Service Provider.
FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. 7.1. Distributor shall notify Reseller of the expected date of delivery of the Products ordered, by e-mail. The delivery dates stated by Distributor in advance are meant to be informative, for such dates may change depending on the performance of Distributor’s suppliers; therefore the delivery periods may be extended to a reasonable extent.
FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. 8.3.1. Once Makro has transmitted an Order to Seller Portal, Seller will, at its own expense, be solely responsible for, and bear all liability for, processing and updating all relevant statuses on the Seller Portal, including the accurate picking and packing of all applicable orders, including without limitation, any ad hoc customer service requests from Makro.
FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. The orders placed by the IMPORTER and accepted by the MANUFACTURER shall be performed in accordance with the MANUFACTURER’s factory production programmes and availabilities. Failure by the MANUFACTURER to accept and/or meet any order shall not give rise to any indemnification or compensation on any basis. However, in the event of any order placed by the IMPORTER in accordance with the terms and procedures under clause 1 of this Appendix not being accepted by the MANUFACTURER or being accepted but not met within 120 days from the delivery time laid down as a guide by the MANUFACTURER, the order concerned shall be deducted from the SALES PROGRAM for the relevant year.
FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. Mitel shall have no obligation to fill any orders for complete systems placed by VAR after the date of termination of this Agreement, whether previously quoted or otherwise.
