The evaluation plan, the support that will be given in attaining the evaluation plan, and a clear statement of how attainment will be measured, will be discussed by the supervisor(s) and supervisee and put in writing by the supervisor(s), signed by both supervisor(s) and supervisee, and a copy given to the supervisee.
