FUEL TYPES. Authorized Purchasers have access to the following fuel types: • Gasoline (E10, E15 and E85) • Diesel (B5, B20, Renewable and ULSD) • Heating Oil • Kerosene • Diesel Exhaust Fluid • Any Derivative of above (subject to state-use approval) • Future, New Type (subject to state-use approval)
FUEL TYPES. Heating Oil (Lot Groups 1 and 4 only) If either Lot Group 1 and/or Lot Group 4 is applicable, the Supplier will be expected to provide all types of heating oil (“Heating Oil”) including but not limited to: Gas Oil – Class A2 (Red Diesel) BS2869 (or equivalent); Gas Oil – Class D (Furnace Fuel) BS2869 (or equivalent); Kerosene – Class C2 (Burning Oil) BS2869 (or equivalent); Light Fuel OilClass E BS2869 (or equivalent); Medium Fuel Oil – Class F BS2869 (or equivalent); and Heavy Fuel Oil – Class G BS2869 (or equivalent). Automotive Fuels (Lot Groups 2 and 4 only) If either Lot Group 2 and/or Lot Group 4 is, the Supplier will be expected to provide all types of automotive fuel (“Automotive Fuel”) including but not limited to: Diesel – ULSD EN590 (or equivalent); Bio-Diesel – EN590/EN14214 (95/5) (or equivalent); Petrol – ULSP BS EN 228 (or equivalent); and Ground Fuel comprising NATO Fuel Specification F54 (Diesel) (or equivalent), F67 (ULGAS)T (or equivalent). Marine Fuels (Lot Groups 3 and 4) Lot Group 3 If Lot Group 3 is applicable, the Supplier: will be expected to provide all types of marine fuel including but not limited to Marine Fuel comprising NATO Fuel Specification F44 (AVCAT FSII), F76 (Marine Diesel) (or equivalent) and MGO (Marine Gas Oil) (or equivalent) (“Marine Fuel”). Marine Fuel must be the Supplier’s commercial grades as determined in accordance with the specification set out in ISO/FDIS 8217:2010 Petroleum products Fuels (class F) – Specification of Marine Fuels (or equivalent) or any subsequent amendment thereof as well as with the relevant provisions of MARPOL (or equivalent).   • Trunk Types 2.2.1 In interconnecting their networks pursuant to this Attachment, the Parties will use, as appropriate, the following separate and distinct trunk groups:

  • Order Types As defined in FAR Part 16, Type of Contracts, all types of Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Labor-Hour (L-H) are permissible for Orders under the Basic Contract. In addition, the Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract. Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Letter Contracts are not permissible Order types under the Basic Contract. Orders may be multi-year and/or include options as defined in FAR Part 17 and agency-specific FAR Part 17 supplements.

  • Service Types Where you are funded for more than one service type under this Activity, and you have met the requirements within one of these service areas, you may shift all or part of any remaining funds to another service type you support under this Activity. You must advise us of resource attributions annually through the Activity Work Plan Report as detailed in Item E.

  • Contract Type OASIS SB is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts for Government-wide professional service based requirements which is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities as listed in the current General Services Administration (GSA) Order, OGP 4800.2I, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services. OASIS SB allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine more than one contract type (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour etc.). Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items.

  • License Types The following License Types may be offered with respect to individual Software products or product families. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products or product groups as set forth in the Product Specific Terms. The License Type will be specified in an LSDA.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
