Fuel Purchases. Employees shall purchase fuel from commercial gas stations using a government issued fleet charge card located in the vehicle travel package unless extenuating circumstances exist. If personal funds are used, reimbursement will be according to the Department’s current reimbursement policy.

Fuel Purchases. ATI aircraft may be rented “wet” or “dry” at the rates specified in Attachment B of this Agreement, as amended from time to time. ATI provides a special discounted fuel rate to all renters at its AVP Fixed Base Operations (“ATI Rental Fuel Rate”). This rate fluctuates with ATI’s cost of fuel. For “dry” rentals, all fuel used by the Pilot during the course of the rental will be at the Pilot’s sole cost and expense. Pilots renting an aircraft “dry” agree to return aircraft to ATI with at least the same amount of fuel on board as when Pilot took possession of the aircraft. “Dry” rental Pilots will not be entitled to a credit if the fuel level in the aircraft exceeds the amount of fuel on board at the start of the Pilot’s rental period. For “wet” rentals, if the Pilot purchases fuel at an airport other than at AVP, ATI will reimburse Pilot for such purchase up to the per gallon price in effect at AVP at the time of the purchase. The Pilot must present vendor-issued receipts for all such purchases at the time that they return the aircraft to ATI in order to receive such credit.

Fuel Purchases. JTA shall permit authorized Fire District personnel to purchase fuel from the JTA facility on an as needed basis during the term of this Agreement. JTA shall provide the Fire District with the necessary, fuel cards, access codes etc., as required to access and purchase fuel at the facility. Fire District shall assure that all personnel purchasing fuel from JTA’s fuel facility comply with all rules and procedures established by JTA for such purchases.

  • Equipment Purchases If this Agreement includes the purchase of equipment, this section is applicable. The JBE may, at its option, repair any damaged or replace any lost or stolen items and deduct the cost thereof from Contractor’s invoice to the JBE, or require Contractor to repair or replace any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment to the satisfaction of the JBE at no expense to the JBE. If a theft occurs, Contractor must file a police report immediately.

  • Purchases Without the prior written consent of Lender, no materials, machinery, equipment, fixtures or any other part of the Repairs or Capital Replacements will be purchased or installed under conditional sale contracts or lease agreements, or any other arrangement wherein title to such Repairs or Capital Replacements is retained or subjected to a purchase money security interest, or the right is reserved or accrues to anyone to remove or repossess any such Repairs or Capital Replacements, or to consider them as personal property.

  • EQUIPMENT PURCHASE This Schedule contemplates Lessor's acquisition of Equipment for lease to Lessee, either by one of the first three categories listed below or by providing Lessee with Equipment from the fourth category, in an aggregate value up to the Commitment Amount referred to on the face of this Schedule. If the Equipment acquired is of category (i), (ii), (iii) below, the effectiveness of this Schedule as it relates to those items of Equipment is contingent upon Lessee's acknowledgment at the time Lessor acquires the Equipment that Lessee has either received or approved the relevant purchase documentation between vendor and Lessor for that Equipment.
