Fuel Gas. Reductions in volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas due to Fuel Gas used for gathering, compression, dehydration, processing, and treating shall be shared and allocated among Producers and other third party shippers on each Xxxxxxx Gathering System in the proportion that each shipper delivers Gas to that Xxxxxxx Gathering System. Reductions due to Fuel Gas use on each Xxxxxxx Gathering System for dehydration and treating shall be shared and allocated among Producers and third party shippers as specified in Sections 2(b) and 2(c) of this Exhibit A.

Fuel Gas. In the event fuel gas sweetening is required to accomplish such, Gatherers must provide an appropriately sweetened fuel gas for the unit at no cost to CHK Compression.

(a) During the period commencing upon April 7, 2023 and continuing thereafter until such time as Producer has completed its hydraulic fracturing operations at the [***] Well Pad, Xxxxxxxx agrees to make available not less than [***]/day of [***] Fuel Gas received into the Trifecta Gathering System for delivery to the [***] Delivery Point via the Hammerhead Gathering System. The Parties acknowledge and agree that such [***] Fuel Gas shall be received into the Hammerhead Gathering System at the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Receipt Point (“Xxxxxxxxxxxx Receipt Point”) and delivered to the [***] Delivery Point.

Fuel Gas. The Customers shall, on a daily basis, provide the necessary Fuel Gas based on the relevant Gas Transporter’s published monthly fuel ratio for the corresponding Point of Acceptance, when applicable.
Fuel Gas. The boat will be handed over to you with a full tank of fuel and two bottles of gas. This is sufficient for a two week hire with normal usage. Any further requirements for fuel are at the hirers own expense.
