Fuel Charges. Contractor at its own expense is liable for all fuel costs related to performance. No fuel surcharges will be accepted or paid by City.

Fuel Charges. If you choose to return the vehicle without refueling the tank, we will charge you a refueling charge. The refueling charge varies depending on where in the country the vehicle is returned and final information about the actual charge will be provided when you pick up the vehicle.

INSURANCE DEDUCTABLE: By virtue of Freedom’s Hull & Machinery insurance policy, under which each Member(s) is an additional insured, a Member(s)’ liability to Freedom is limited to the greater of either 2% of boat’s insured value or £2,500 for each covered claim (plus any applicable sales tax per boat per incident) when the Member(s) fully complies with the Terms as well as the terms of the insurance policy. Additionally, the Member(s)’ deductible is limited to £500 (plus any applicable sales tax) per occurrence for covered bodily injury or property damage to a third party when the Member(s) fully complies with the Terms, as well as the terms of the insurance policy.
Fuel Charges. CUSTOMER agrees to pay for fuel for all injections and withdrawals to COMPANY. The fuel charges for injections and withdrawals shall be as per Union’s Market Price Service Schedule, as last adopted by Union from time to time and as posted to Union’s website, Part (C) Pricing, Storage Services, Commodity Charges, if Shipper (as that term is defined within such document) supplies fuel.
Fuel Charges. Mission Aviation will reimburse the pilot up to Mission Aviation’s cost for aircraft fuel not purchased at Laurel Municipal Airport when the pilot presents a written fuel receipt showing the aircraft “N” number, the number of gallons purchased, and the amount paid for the fuel. The pilot is NOT authorized to charge fuel or any other services to Mission Aviation at other airports, FBO’s or locations. Any charges to Mission Aviation not previously authorized will be the responsibility of the renter pilot. Miscellaneous Charges The pilot or soloing student will be charged $50.00 if the aircraft “master switch” is left on and results in required aircraft maintenance. There will be up to a $50.00 charge for any after-hour call-outs that require a Mission Aviation employee to return to the airport to assist a renter or student.
Fuel Charges. Without duplication of charges, Xxxxxxx shall reimburse TIGER for (i) Fuel Gas and (ii) Lost and Unaccounted For Gas ((i) and (ii) collectively, "Fuel Charge") and (iii) fuel included in any Booster Facilities Rate, in accordance with the provisions of TIGER's Tariff.
Fuel Charges the Supplier agrees to charge eligible Fuel Program recipients using the Supplier's normal billing process. The Supplier will carry forward any credit balances for fuel up to April 30. For Discount off Retail (DOR) and Margin over Rack (MOR) Pricing Agreements, the Supplier agrees that the price of the product purchased with LIHEAP funds shall be no more than the price as determined under the terms of the executed applicable Pricing Agreement(s) with the Office of Fuel & Utility Assistance.
