FTE Increase or Reduction. An employee in a position that is not abolished but is increased or reduced in FTE status and who will remain benefit eligible after the reduction or increase will have the choice of staying in the reduced or increased position and going on the rehire list for the position and FTE status held by the employee immediately prior to the increase or reduction or exercising available layoff rights under 38.2. The employee must exercise this choice within three (3) working days of the increase or reduction notice.

FTE Increase or Reduction. If an increase or reduction in FTE is determined by the Employer to be necessary, the Employer will first ask for volunteers from the department, clinic or network wide group where changes are needed. When involuntary reductions are needed, the Employer will make a good faith effort to reduce the hours of the least senior person in the department, clinic or network wide group, subject to patient care needs, staffing considerations and hours of operation. An employee in a position that is not abolished but is increased or reduced by more than .2 FTE and who will remain benefit eligible after the increase or reduction will have the choice of staying in the increased or reduced position and going on the rehire list for the position and FTE status held by the employee immediately prior to the reduction or exercising available layoff right.   • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.

  • ANNUAL INCREMENT (1) Staff shall be entitled to an annual increment which shall be negotiated with the Union annually.
