From April. 1 to December 15, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule employees for a normal workweek consisting of forty (40) hours. From December 16 to March 31, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule employees for a normal workweek consisting of thirty-five (35) hours. This is not to be construed as a guarantee of weekly hours.
