Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-120 day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect at any time thereafter after generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companiesCompany.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive fringe benefits in accordance with on the most favorable planssame terms and conditions as the greater of (i) the fringe benefits received by, practicesor available to, programs and policies him from the Company immediately before commencement of the term of this Agreement or (ii) the fringe benefits provided by the Company or its subsidiaries which are available to the next highest executive officer of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companiesyear.

Fringe Benefits. During the Active Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, Corporation as in effect at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer senior executives of the Company and its affiliated companiesCorporation.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits benefits, including use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies subsidiaries in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90180-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companieskey executives.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits no less favorable, in accordance with the most favorable aggregate, than the plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date orDate, or if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, policies and programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and an automobile allowance and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-one hundred eighty (180) day period immediately preceding the Effective Date any related Potential Change in Control or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

Fringe Benefits.
