Freshmen students are required to submit an application and a If Northeastern University obtains legal services due to a student's violation of this license, or policies contained in either A Guide to Residence Hall Livi g, or the Student Handbook, then that student must pay to the University: (1) the costs of such legal services, including attorney's fees, and (2) any other related cost, whether or not form l legal action is taken. Freshmen Students. New freshmen who are no longer planning to attend Appalachian State University should notify Admissions in writing of their change of plans. Upon notification from Admissions, University Housing will cancel the Student’s housing for the academic year at no charge.
