Frequency - Once Monthly. All employees shall be paid once per month for regular hours payable on or before the last working day of the month. If the normal pay date falls on a holiday, the paycheck shall be issued on the preceding District workday.

The Office may require all employees to receive their monthly payroll compensation by automatic deposit to a financial institution. All employees (variable payroll personnel excepted) in the bargaining unit shall be paid once per month payable on or before the last working day of the month unless superseded by the County Office of Education pay date schedule, but no later than the last calendar day of the month. The district shall publish a calendar of pay dates on the district website at the beginning of the fiscal year. All employees on the variable payroll shall be paid not later than the second working day of the succeeding month. All employees who work four (4) hours or more per day shall be paid in ten (10) monthly paychecks.

All employees in the bargaining unit shall be paid once per month in accordance with the distribution of pay warrants from the Office of the County Supervisor, in accordance with the procedures of the Auditor’s Office of the Nevada County Board of Supervisors or with the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools in the event of a change.
Frequency - Once Monthly. All Bargaining Unit Members shall be paid once per month, but no later than the end of the last working day of the month. All Bargaining Unit Members who elect not to be on Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) will be paid on the first regular work day after a break/holiday.
