Frequency of Payment. The Total Current Charges shall be payable on such frequency as may be specified in the Application, Specific Terms, or the invoice provided always that the first bill for the payment of the Monthly Fee will be pro-rated (in the event of payment of Upfront Payment) according to our billing cycle. You must pay us promptly within the Payment Due Date.
