Frequency of Payment. (a) The pay period will be weekly or fortnightly.

In the calculation of lump sum present value, Bank shall use an interest rate equal to the average interest rate obtained in three quotations from commercial insurers licensed to do business in Wisconsin for a fixed term annuity corresponding to the remaining future installments being commuted.
