Frequency of inspection. The Official Agency shall supervise and review all aspects of the operation of each premises to ensure compliance with food legislative requirements. Supervision shall be in accordance with Community legislation and will be conducted at a frequency decided following a risk analysis of the premises. The risk analysis is to be carried out according to documented procedures.
