Frequency of Information Exchange. Exchanges of information for changes in circumstances will occur on an ad hoc basis as soon as practicably possible following either Liaison Agency becoming aware of a mutual client’s change of circumstances. General adjustments to benefit rates will be advised by each Liaison Agency to the other as soon as practicably possible. For New Zealand the annual general adjustment to benefit rates occurs in April. For Malta the general adjustment of benefit rates occurs in January.
