French Translation. The following is a French translation of paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Subscription Agreement:
French Translation. (1) The Defendants shall prepare a French translation of this Settlement Agreement.
French Translation. A French translation of this Settlement Agreement, all Schedules attached hereto, and all Notices pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall be prepared by the Claims Administrator and made available to Class Members upon their request. The English and French versions of this Settlement Agreement shall be equally authoritative.

Pursuant to Section 12.14 of the Settlement Agreement, the Claims Administrator shall prepare and make available to Class Members, upon their request, a French translation of the Settlement Agreement, all Scheduled attached thereto, and all Notices pursuant to the Settlement Agreement.

In the event of any dispute as to the meaning or interpretation of this Settlement Agreement, the English version shall prevail. French Translation. The Parties acknowledge that they also have required that the Settlement Agreement, including Schedules, be prepared in French. The English version of the Settlement Agreement is authoritative in British Columbia (and is authoritative as to all Class Members, including Opt-Ins, in any province or territory of Canada except Quebec), and the French and English versions of the Settlement Agreement have equal force in Quebec for any Opt-Ins who reside in Quebec. A French translation of the settlement agreement and all notices pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall be paid for by the Defendants.
French Translation. The parties shall prepare prior to the Closing Date a mutually agreed upon convenience translation into French of the present Agreement, it being understood that, in case of discrepancies between the English and the French versions, the English version shall prevail. The cost of this translation shall be borne by the Purchaser.
French Translation. (a) A French translation of this Settlement Agreement, all Schedules hereto, and all notices pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall be prepared by the Opt-Out Notice Administrator and paid from the amount stated in paragraph 3.1(a)(i), and made available to Class Members upon request. In case of any conflicting interpretations, the English version shall prevail.
French Translation. A French translation of this Agreement and all Exhibits attached hereto shall be prepared and shall be made available to the members of the Quebec Class. In the event there are any differences between the two versions of this Agreement, the English version shall take precedence. The cost of translating this Agreement and all Exhibits attached hereto will be paid by Dow Corning.
French Translation. (1) Class Counsel shall prepare a French translation of this Settlement Agreement. The text of the translation shall be subject to approval by the Defendants.
