Freight Forwarder. If Buyer elects to use the services of a freight forwarder for the onward movement of Spare Parts, Buyer agrees to release Bombardier from and indemnify it for any liability for any fines or seizures of Spare Parts imposed under any governmental Goods in Transit regulations. Any such fines levied against Bombardier will be invoiced to Buyer and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Buyer at the time of seizure.
Freight Forwarder. If Buyer elects to use the services of a freight forwarder for the onward movement of Spare Parts, Buyer agrees to release BXXX from and indemnify it for any liability for any fines or seizures of Spare Parts imposed under any governmental Goods in Transit regulations. Any such fines levied against BXXX will be invoiced to Buyer and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Buyer at the time of seizure.

If Buyer elects to use the services of a freight forwarder for the onward movement of Spare Parts, Buyer agrees to release BRAD from and indemnify it for any liability for any fines or seizures of Spare Parts imposed under any governmental Goods in Transit regulations. Any such fines levied against BRAD will be invoiced to Buyer and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Buyer at the time of seizure.

If Buyer elects to use the services of a freight forwarder for the onward movement of Spare Parts, Buyer agrees to release BRAD xxxm and indemnify it for any liability for any Initials Buyer ____ BRAD ____ 52 fines or seizures of Spare Parts imposed under any governmental goods in transit regulations. Any such fines levied against BRAD xxxl be invoiced to Buyer and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Buyer at the time of seizure.

Any such fines levied against Bombardier shall be invoiced to Buyer and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations shall be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Buyer at the time of seizure.

Any such fines levied against Bombardier will be invoiced to Northwest and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Northwest at the time of seizure.

If Frontier elects to use the services of a freight forwarder for the onward movement of Spare Parts, Frontier agrees to release Bombardier from and indemnify it for any liability for any fines or seizures of Spare Parts imposed under any governmental Goods in Transit regulations. Any such fines levied against Bombardier will be invoiced to Frontier and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Frontier at the time of seizure.
