Freight Elevator. The Building freight elevator must be used for all deliveries of supplies, packages, equipment, furniture and other deliveries. Landlord shall set the hours for use of the freight elevator. If Landlord permits deliveries on passenger elevators, such permission shall not be deemed a precedent for other deliveries in passenger elevators.

Freight Elevator. Any freight elevator shall be available for use by all occupants of the Project, subject to such reasonable scheduling as Landlord in its discretion shall deem appropriate. No equipment, materials, furniture, packages, supplies, merchandise or other property will be received in the Project or carried in the elevators except between such hours and in such elevators as may be designated by Landlord.
Freight Elevator. Effective as of the Additional Space Commencement Date, Article 30.01 B of the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Tenant may use one (1) freight elevator car free of charge on an “after hours” basis solely in connection with its initial move into the Additional Space, provided that (a) such use does not exceed fifty (50) hours in the aggregate (provided that if such usage exceeds fifty (50) hours in the aggregate, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent within five (5) days after demand, an amount equal to the standard freight charges of the Building for such excess usage); (b) Tenant reserves said freight elevator car upon at least twenty-four (24) hours notice; and (c) Tenant’s use of said freight elevator in connection with Tenant’s initial move into the Additional Space is completed within ninety (90) days following the Additional Space Commencement Date.”
Freight Elevator. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right, together with Landlord and other tenants of the Building, to use the freight elevator serving the Building subject to all applicable Building rules and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, the freight elevator shall be used to the extent possible to avoid interfering with other tenants of the Building.

Landlord to provide access to alternate loading dock and allow deliveries through interior spaces to the extent necessary if the Building’s loading dock cannot accommodate large trucks. Additionally, there is a freight elevator by the loading dock of the Building that services the second (2nd) floor.

Freight Elevator. Landlord shall permit the Tenant to use the freight elevator for up to fifty-six (56) hours (which shall be used in minimum four (4) hour increments) during Overtime Periods, free of charge, for Tenant’s initial move-in to the 10th and 11th Floors. Additionally, Tenant shall be permitted to use the freight elevator during Ordinary Building Hours at no charge (but subject to the provisions of Subsection 26A of the Lease) in connection with the 10th and 11th Floor Initial Work).

The persons employed to move equipment in or out of the Building must be acceptable to Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size, and position of all equipment, materials, furniture, or other property brought into the Building. Heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on wood strips of a thickness necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any property from any cause, and all damage done to the Building by moving or maintaining property shall be repaired at the expense of the tenant. Scheduling of the freight elevator for move ins and outs must be done through the Management Office or Lobby Security in order to provide door control to the vendor.
