Freight and Insurance. In addition to the Purchase Price, for the purposes of clarity, Alliqua shall pay all actual freight and insurance expenses incurred by Alliqua in connection with the sale and shipment of the Manufactured Products.

Freight and Insurance. Goods are sold "Ex Works" according to the INCOTERMS meaning that, "the Seller is paying nothing, Buyer is paying all". By handling of goods over to an agent the responsibilities are agreed according to the NSAB-85 (Nordic Forwarding Agents normal conditions).

In the event SELLER is to pay freight it shall have the right initially to designate the means of transportation and routing, but in the event CUSTOMER desires to a more expensive means of transportation or routing. In addition to the Purchase Price, Grifols shall pay all actual freight and insurance expenses incurred by Grifols in connection with the sale and shipment of the Supplied Product. Aradigm shall be responsible for any shipping liability to Grifols, for which Aradigm shall procure sufficient insurance for such shipping liability. Grifols shall be responsible for the payment of all duties, shipping charges and insurance related to delivery of Supplied Product that are incurred by Aradigm, which costs shall be set forth in invoices submitted to and paid by Grifols pursuant to Section 4.4.
Freight and Insurance. Destiny agrees to reimburse Panorama at Panorama's cost for all freight charges and insurance covering shipments to Destiny.
