Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of beneficial interests in a Global Note or any Definitive Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Issuer or any holders or owners of any Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.
