Common use of Freedom to Contract Clause in Contracts

Freedom to Contract. The Consultant represents and warrants that the Consultant has the right to negotiate and enter into this Agreement, and that this Agreement does not breach, interfere with or conflict with any other existing contractual agreement

Freedom to Contract. The Consultant represents and warrants that that, to the Consultant has the right to negotiate best of Consultant’s knowledge, execution and enter into this Agreement, and that performance of this Agreement does not breachand will not violate, interfere with conflict with, or conflict with constitute a default under any other existing contractual contract, commitment, agreement, understanding, arrangement or restriction, or any adjudication, order, injunction or finding of any kind by any court or agency to which Consultant may be a party or by which Consultant may be bound.

Freedom to Contract. The Consultant represents and warrants that the Consultant has the right (including its officers, directors, employees and affiliates) is not bound by any agreement or arrangement with or duty to negotiate and enter into any other person that would conflict with this Agreement, and that this Agreement does not breach, interfere with or conflict with any other existing contractual agreement.
