Common use of Freedom of Information Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Information. The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the requirements of the Information Legislation and shall assist and co-operate with the Authority to enable the Authority to comply with its disclosure obligations under the said Legislation.
