Freedom of Information Xxx 0000. 11.1 The Parties recognise that the Authority is subject to legal duties which may require the release of information under the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 (“the 2000 Act”) or any other applicable legislation governing access to information, and that they may be under obligation to provide information to third Parties on request. Such information may include matters relating to, or arising out of, this Agreement.
