Free Travel Zone. Employees may be requested to report for work at the normal starting time at a job site within the “Free Travel Zone”. Employees shall pay their own travel costs between their home and the job site. The Employer maintains five (5) District Service Centres: Ajax, Clarington, Belleville, Xxxxx and Gravenhurst. A 40km radius Free Travel Zone will be centered about each District Service Centre (see Appendix A). For the purposes of implementing the Free Travel Zone, the following will apply:
Free Travel Zone. (a) All other Local Unions’ Free Travel Zone shall be twenty-five (25) kilometres measured by the most direct practical route from the City Hall of the Cities in which the Local Union is located except as in #4 St. Catharines (Centre of Allenburg), #6 Windsor (Union Hall) and Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, #0 Xxxxxx (Chateau Laurier, Federal Post Offices of Pembroke, Renfrew, Arnprior, Egansville, Xxxxx’x Bay, Deep River, Cornwall and Hawkesbury), #2 Barrie (Barrie Town Hall, Huntsville Town Hall) based on the nearest point to the residence of the employee, #12 Kitchener (Waterloo Wellington Airport Tower, Brantford City Xxxx, Xxxx Sound City Hall, Mount Forest Post Office) based on the nearest point to the residence of employee, #20 Oshawa (City Post Office), #25 Thunder Bay (Labour Centre, Federal Buildings of Ignace, Sioux Lookout, Dryden, Kenora, Emo, Fort Xxxxxxx, Atikokan, Nipigon, Terrace Bay and Marathon), #28 Sudbury (The Federal Buildings of Sudbury, North Bay, Xxxxxxxx Lake, Timmins, Kapuskasing, Cochrane, Timiskaming and Parry Sound), #29. Sault Ste. Xxxxx (Civic Centre), and #10 Kingston (City Halls of Belleville, Brockville, Kingston and Peterborough).

Local Thunder Bay (Labour Centre, Federal Buildings of Sioux Lookout, Fort Xxxxxxx, Terrace Bay and Marathon), Local (The Buildings of North Bay, Lake, and Parry Sound), Local Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx (Civic Centre), and Local Kingston and Halls of Local Ottawa Free Travel Zone measured by the most practical route shall be sixteen kilometres from the City Hall of Xxxxx Falls, Perth, Carleton Place and Travel Allowance
Free Travel Zone. The Free Travel Zone for all Local Unions shall be the area within a thirty-five (35) kilometer radius of the City Hall of the City in which the Local Union is located. In Local 4 - St. Catharines, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the Center of Allenburg. In IU Local 7 - Ottawa, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the Chateau Laurier and the City Hall of Cornwall. In Local 28 - Sudbury, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the Federal Building. In Local 10 - Kingston, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the City Halls of Belleville, Brockville, Cornwall, Kingston and Peterborough.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Leave Donation Program Employees may donate paid leave to a fellow employee who is otherwise eligible to accrue and use sick leave and is employed by the same Agency. The intent of the leave donation program is to allow employees to voluntarily provide assistance to their co-workers who are in critical need of leave due to the serious illness or injury of the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family. The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.
