Free of Charge Services. The Service Provider may provide certain Services free of charge as set forth in the Services Description (“Free of Charge Services”).
Free of Charge Services. Where Services are provided free of charge, the provisions of this Agreement continue to apply in full.

For any Cloud Services provided free of charge, NTT DATA shall not provide any support for such Cloud Service, shall not make any service level commitments or other perfor- xxxxx commitments and may discontinue a free Cloud Service at any time. Further NTT DATA shall be free of any liability to the extent permitted by law.

In the Free of Charge Services “Basic” version, the Software consists for the web- and mobile application of the following Free of Charge “Basic Features”: • Plan viewing • Task management • Instant messaging • File sharing • Photos • Checklists and up to: • 5 named users • 100 Sheets
