Free Access. The property owner shall grant to the equipment owner free of charge reasonable installation rights and rights of access to accommodate equipment inspection, repair, upgrading, or removal for the purposes of this Agreement, subject to the property owner’s reasonable safety, operational, and future expansion needs.
Free Access. Athena is committed to free and open access to the Interface. However, providing the Interface does have real costs for Athena. Athena cannot guarantee that access to the Interface will always be free. Athena reserves the right to charge fees for future use of or access to the Interface upon at least 90 days’ notice to Partner.

If an employee believes any part of their record is incorrect or improper they can seek to have the record amended by direct request to the Company. The dispute settling procedure as contained in this Agreement may be used if appropriate.

During the TeamCo Events, StadCo, its officers, directors, employees and agents, and the Concessionaire and its employees and agents shall, for the purpose of performing job duties necessary for the operation of the Stadium and the provision of services, have free access to the Stadium at all times, provided that such access shall not unreasonably interfere with TeamCo’s use of the Stadium for the TeamCo Events.
Free Access. If Customer is provided with access to any Service at no charge, Customer acknowledges that (a) the version available to Customer may not include or allow access to all features and functionality available to paid subscribers and (b) the Service is made available to Customer on an “as is” basis without any warranty, support, maintenance, or other obligation of any kind. Add- Ons provided without charge are not part of the Subscription Service for purposes of this Agreement. Smartsheet may terminate Customer’s free access to any Service at any time, unless otherwise specified. Any use of a Service at no charge is at Customer’s sole risk and responsibility.
Free Access. During UNLV Events, Licensor, its officers, directors, employees and agents, and the Concessionaire and its employees and agents shall, for the purpose of performing job duties necessary for the operation of the Stadium and the provision of services at UNLV Events, have free access to the UNLV Event Facilities at the Stadium at all times upon presentation of usual passes issued to them by Licensor, provided that such access shall not unreasonably interfere with Licensee’s use of the UNLV Event Facilities for the UNLV Events.
Free Access. Provider may offer free Subscription Plans for no fees for its Online Solution, but which have limited features, functionality, and volume tiers for the Licensed Products (Free Plans). Provider may modify the Free Plans at any time in its sole discretion or even discontinue them entirely without prior notice to Customer.
