FRAUDULENT OR CRIMINAL CARD ACCOUNT. ACTIVITY We reserve the right to block, suspend, or cancel your Card id, as a result of our policies and processes, we detect what we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity or any activity inconsistent with this Agreement. We may temporarily suspend your Card in the event we detect unusual or suspicious activity. If we exercise this right, we will incur no liability to you because of any resulting unavailability of the funds in your Card Account or your inability to use your Card.

  • Corrupt or Fraudulent Practices 2.31.1 The Procuring entity requires that tenderers observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement process and execution of contracts when used in the present regulations, the following terms are defined as follows;

In addition to other penalties that may be applicable, the CONTRACTOR further acknowledges that if it makes, or causes to be made, a false, fictitious, or fraudulent claim, statement, submission, or certification, the Federal Government reserves the right to impose the penalties of the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986 on the CONTRACTOR to the extent the Federal Government deems appropriate.

The Union shall share equally with the Employer the responsibility for applying this provision of the Agreement.
