Fraudulent Calls. Customer shall be responsible for paying Syringa Networks for all charges for the Voice Service, even if incurred as a result of fraudulent or unauthorized use. In the event Syringa Networks discovers or reasonably believes fraudulent calls are being made, Syringa Networks may take immediate action that is reasonably necessary to prevent such fraudulent calls from taking place, including without limitation, denying Voice Service to particular Automatic Number Identifiers (ANIs) or terminating Voice Service to or from EXHIBIT C

Fraudulent Calls. In the event Customer connects the Services to the public switched network, Customer is solely responsible for selection, implementation and maintenance of security features for protection against unauthorized calling, and ZettaLync shall have no liability therefor. Customer is solely responsible for payment of long distance, toll and other telecommunications charges incurred through use of the Services being provided hereunder, even where the known or unknown persons actually using the service or making calls through the service are not authorized to do by Customer. Customer shall indemnify and hold ZettaLync harmless from all costs, expenses, claims or actions arising from fraudulent calls of any nature carried by means of the Services. Customer shall not be excused from paying ZettaLync for Services provided to Customer or any portion thereof on the basis that fraudulent calls comprised a corresponding portion of the Services. In the event ZettaLync discovers fraudulent calls being made, nothing contained herein shall prohibit ZettaLync from taking immediate action, without notice to Customer, which is reasonably necessary to prevent such calls from taking place. Notwithstanding, it is understood that ZettaLync is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity of calls charged to Customer’s account and shall not be liable for any fraudulent calls processed by ZettaLync and billed to Customer’s account.
Fraudulent Calls. Customer shall indemnify and hold Supplier harmless from all costs, expenses, claims or actions arising from fraudulent calls of any nature which may comprise a portion of the Service to the extent that the party claiming the call(s) in question to be fraudulent is (or had been at the time of the call) an End-User of the Service through Customer or an End-User of the Service through Customer's distribution channels. Customer shall not be excused from paying Supplier for Service provided to Customer or any portion thereof on the basis that fraudulent calls comprised a corresponding portion of the Service. In the event Supplier discovers fraudulent calls being made (or reasonably believes fraudulent calls are being made), nothing contained herein shall prohibit Supplier from taking immediate action that is reasonably necessary to prevent such fraudulent calls from taking place, including without limitation, denying Service to particular ANI's or terminating Service to or from specific locations. Supplier shall use reasonable efforts to notify Customer in the event Supplier takes action upon discovery of fraudulent calls. In the event Customer discovers fraudulent calls being made (or reasonably believes fraudulent calls are being made), Customer shall notify Supplier as soon as possible at 0-000-000-0000.
Fraudulent Calls. In connection with Client’s use of the Services, Client is solely responsible for all security measures with respect to the detection and prevention of any unauthorized use of the Services, including, but not limited to, the selection, implementation or maintenance of such security measures and safeguarding all information related thereto (together, the “Security Measures”). Crosswind shall have no liability or obligation in any way with respect to such Security Measures. Furthermore, the Parties hereto acknowledge and agree that Client is exclusively responsible for the confidentiality and protection of any account information, including, but not limited to, passwords or other security related information (together, “Security Information”) and any unauthorized access to Client accounts by way of the use of such Security Information. Crosswind shall have no liability or obligation in any way with respect to such Security Information. Client shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Crosswind Parties, pursuant to Section 14 above, from and against any Losses of any kind arising out of or otherwise relating to Client’s failure to take such Security Measures or failure to protect such Security Information. Client shall be solely responsible for payment of long distance, toll and other telecommunications charges incurred through use of the Services. Client shall not be excused from paying Crosswind for Services provided to Client that are the result of a failure by the Client to maintain the Security Measures or protect the Security Information. In the event Crosswind discovers a failure by Client to maintain the Security Measures or protect the Security Information, Crosswind may, but shall not be obligated to, take immediate action, with or without notice to Client, that is reasonably necessary, in Crosswind’s sole and absolute discretion, to address the failed Security Measures and/or breach of Security Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, it is understood that Crosswind is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity of calls charged to Client's account and shall not be liable for any fraudulent or unauthorized calls processed by Crosswind and billed to Client's account.
Fraudulent Calls. 5.1. You must not allow the advertisement of any telephone number(s) used for the VOIP Services in or on a telephone box without our prior written consent and you must make sure that this does not occur. The action that we can take if this happens is explained in clause 5. We will however give you written notice before taking any such action where reasonably practicable.

Provided, however, nothing contained herein will impose any obligation on Total-Tec to take any action with respect to fraudulent calls.

Fraudulent Calls a)The Provider shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, diminution, or failure of service, in whole or in part, and in no event shall the Provider be responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by Customer or any user of Customer’s service.
Fraudulent Calls. INET shall not be liable for any fraudulent calls processed by INET and billed to Client's account. INET shall notify Client promptly of any fraudulent calling of which INET has actual knowledge, it being understood that INET is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity of calls charged to Client's account. INET will assist customer in the resolution of fraudulent calls and the blocking of these calls as necessary.

Syringa Networks shall use reasonable efforts to notify Customer in the event Syringa Networks takes action upon discovery of fraudulent calls. In the event Customer discovers or reasonably believes fraudulent calls are being made, Customer shall notify Syringa Networks as soon as possible at 1-800-454-7214 and open a trouble ticket.
