Framework Review Meetings. Regular performance reviews will take place throughout the Framework Agreement (“Framework Review Meetings”). The exact timings and frequencies of such Framework Review Meetings will be determined by the Authority following award of the Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that during the first twelve (12) Months of the Framework Agreement the structure and frequency of the meetings will be as set out in paragraphs 2.2.2 to 2.2.5 below. Flexibility from both Parties will be expected over the frequency, timings and content of these reviews. Strategic Management Reviews The Supplier Representative and Authority Representative shall meet every twelve (12) Months. The Authority sees these meetings as a vital element in developing a strategic relationship with the Supplier and to promote the building of a positive working relationship. The content of these meetings will be agreed between both Parties at least fourteen (14) Working Days before the date of the Strategic Management Review. The Strategic Management Review meeting will consider as a minimum: Overall framework performance including Supplier’s supply chain performance, including an assessment of SME’s being used to supply and/or deliver goods and services; Efficiency opportunities, e.g. cost drivers (Supplier and Authority); Benchmarking including progress against Government efficiency targets; Market conditions (UK/Global market share, financials); Policy updates including emerging Government initiatives; Security and Risk management.
Framework Review Meetings. The Parties will hold regular performance reviews at Quarterly intervals throughout the Term and for such period thereafter as the Authority (acting reasonably) considers necessary (“Framework Review Meetings”). Framework Review Meetings will be held at either the Authority’s or the Supplier’s premises as determined by the Authority. The exact timings of such Framework Review Meetings will be determined by the Authority from time to time. Flexibility from both Parties will be expected over the frequency, timings and content of these reviews. Each Framework Review Meeting will consider and review as a minimum: framework spend and savings performance, Reporting Documents, sector spend performance; compliance against KPIs and all appropriate corrective action plans put in place by the Supplier to address any failure to comply with one or more KPIs; incident and problem management including the resolution of long-term and/or repeated Customer issues, root-cause analysis and correction; any developments in relation to the Services, including: new service roadmaps; web portal development; and support to the Authority and Customers relating to cashable benefits; forward planning, opportunities and future efficiencies including standardisation and rationalization; transition and on-boarding of key new Customers (milestones and progress against targets) including contract compliance and Supplier sector strategies (key Customers who are of a strategic importance to the success of this Framework Agreement); and the results of the Customer satisfaction surveys, in relation to the quality and delivery of the Services, carried out by either Party (including Customer Surveys). Weekly Operational Meetings, Monthly Operational Review Meetings and Framework Review Meetings may be held combined, and thus on the same date, time and place, at the discretion of the Authority.
Framework Review Meetings. 32.1 The Framework Manager and/or members of the Account Management Team will attend regular review meetings with Scottish Procurement and/or Framework Public Bodies as required.
Framework Review Meetings. 7.1 The Contractor and JSL agree to meet as often as is reasonably necessary, and at least quarterly, to review the operation of this Agreement, each Contract, the proper and timely delivery of the Services, and to evaluate performance in line with JSL’s quality procedures, such meetings to be the forum for discussion between the Parties in connection with such operation and delivery. The Parties will arrange for employees, agents or subcontractors to attend from time to time as may be appropriate. It is expected that these meetings will take place at JSL offices.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.
