FRAMEWORK PERIOD. 5.1. The framework agreement commenced on 1 July 2017 and will run for a period of four years until 30 June 2022.

MANAGEMENT CHARGEs In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charges in accordance with Clause 40.2. The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charges due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information), and adjusted: in accordance with paragraph 28.4 of Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Management Information; and to take into account of any underpayment or overpayment as a result of the application of the Default Management Charge, pursuant to paragraph 29.6 of Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 40.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by the Authority to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice. The Management Charges shall not be varied as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any deductions made under any Call Off Agreement. The Management Charges shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charges at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time. Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charges under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
FRAMEWORK PERIOD. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Framework Commencement Date and shall expire either: at the end of the Initial Framework Period; or where CCS elects to extend the Initial Framework Period in accordance with Clause 10.2 below, at the end of the Extension Framework Period, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law. The Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Agreement by the maximum period of two (2) years. The Framework Agreement expiry date shall be 5th September 2021. CCS reserves the right to terminate this Framework Agreement early by giving notice in writing to the Supplier.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

  • Hire Period 3.1 The Hire Period shall commence from the Commencement of Hire as stated in the Schedule unless the Equipment is delivered by the Owner in which case the Hire Period shall commence when the Equipment leaves the Owner’s premises. If the Equipment is collected by the Owner then the Hire Period shall terminate when the goods are received back at the Owner’s premises.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
