Fractional Common Shares. No fractional Common Shares shall be issued upon exercise of this Warrant. If any fractional interest in a Common Share would, except for the provisions of this Section 1.6, be deliverable upon the exercise of this Warrant, the Corporation shall, in lieu of delivering the fractional Common Shares therefor satisfy the right to receive such fractional interest by rounding up the number of Common Shares to the nearest whole number.
