Fourth-Year Comprehensive Review. During the fourth year of a tenure-track appointment the UNAC bargaining unit member shall receive a comprehensive and diagnostic review by the appropriate academic unit peer review committees and administrators in accordance with the procedures for evaluation provided in this aArticle. The purpose of the comprehensive review is to assess progress toward tenure and promotion. The review will proceed to the xxxxxxx; it may proceed to the chancellor at the written request of the UNAC bargaining unit member. A UNAC bargaining unit member who commences a fourth-year review may not convert to a tenure or promotion review. If a UNAC bargaining unit member chooses to stand for promotion and tenure during the fourth year review period, the UNAC bargaining unit member may not withdraw the file from consideration at any step in the process. If the decision of the chancellor is to deny tenure, the UNAC bargaining unit member may continue to serve as a tenure track unit member but may not stand again for tenure and promotion prior to the mandatory year of review.   • Annual Physical The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, within the twelve (12) months following the Date of Termination, receive an annual physical at the Company’s expense consistent with the physical provided under, and subject to the requirements of, the Company’s annual physical program as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
