Founding Members. A Founding Member of the SBWMA shall be one who has joined on the formation of the SBWMA December 9, 1999. Founding Members are listed as such in Exhibit A and B hereto.
Founding Members. Springfield Coach Industries Corporation, Inc., (“SCB”) a Missouri corporation and American Dealerships Corporation, a California Corporation, as long as each remains a Member.
Founding Members. The first 20 people to purchase a package prior to CrossFit Wandsworth opening will have a 5% discount on any package that they sign up to. This will be in effect as long as they do not leave the box for more than a 2-month consecutive period. The 5% discount will not be applied to the single pay per session.

Founding Members. A Platinum Founder or Founder may change its membership class to a lower class of Member but it may not return, as the case may be, to being a Platinum Founder or Founder.

WECAN Membership in the Association as of the Effective Date shall consist of all Founding Members whose names appear on Exhibit A and who are signatories to this Agreement. Founding Members will always have one position per institution on the Executive Committee for WECAN or any “Board” or “Committee” whose charter is to direct, guide, set policy, governs, or plans the actions, growth, or policy of WECAN, U.A.
Founding Members. Members entering this Agreement before March 18, 2007, shall have the quality of Founding Members of the Consortium as set forth is Section 7.10 of the Bylaws.
