Common use of FOUL WEATHER GEAR Clause in Contracts

FOUL WEATHER GEAR. 253. Employees working in classifications covered by the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to perform their normal work duties in the rain, cold or foul weather without being provided adequate foul weather gear, which may include insulated, reflective rain gear, bib overalls, rubber boots and parkas with hoods. Employees shall receive replacement foul weather gear as necessary.

Employees working in classifications covered by the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to perform their normal work duties in the rain, cold or foul weather rain without being provided adequate foul weather geargear consisting of a hat, which may include insulated, reflective rain gear, bib overalls, rubber boots coat and parkas with hoods. Employees shall receive replacement foul weather gear as necessaryboots.
