  • Overnight Travel For each full day of travel, all three meals are reimbursable. Per diems on the first and last day of a trip are governed as set forth below.   • Overnight Trips If the Company determines that overnight travel is required, the employee will be reimbursed for expenses, which are supported by receipts as follows:

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Disposal of Transmitted Items Upon your receipt of a confirmation approval from Credit Union that we have received an image that you have transmitted, you agree to retain the check for at least 60 calendar days from the date of the image transmission. After 60 days, you agree to destroy the check that you transmitted as an image, mark it "VOID", or otherwise render it incapable of further transmission, deposit, or presentment. During the time the retained check is available, you agree to promptly provide it to Credit Union upon request.

  • Carry Forward and Transfer Employees will be allowed to carry forward, from year to year of service, any unused sick leave allowed under this provision, and will retain and carry forward any unused sick leave accumulated prior to the effective date of this Agreement. When an employee moves from one state of Washington employer to another, without a break in service, the employee’s accrued sick leave will be transferred to the new employer for the employee’s use.

  • Daylight Saving Time The changing of Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time, or vice versa, shall not result in Employees being paid more or less than their normal scheduled daily hours. The hour difference shall be split between the Employees completing their shift and those commencing their shift.

  • Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.
